| Cheese produced from bovine milk. It has a rectangular form. The Postel has stated created by the monks of the abbey of Postel that it has given to the cheese the relative name. Recently the monks have recovered to produce this cheese. The production is a lot of redoubt but, for its taste, it is probably the cheese more savory than the Belgium. |
