Maredsous

Cheese produced from bovine milk, of the soft type, with a fat way of the 45%. The name of the cheese is derive from the abbey of Maredsous, when the cheese is produced from the monks. It has a form of loaf; the crust is orange and the aroma is prickly. The Maredsous is a type of cheese from planks over savory even cooked.
