Chimay Trappiste

Cheese produced from bovine milk produced from the Trappist monks to Chimay, a city of the Belgian forest of Mont Secours [du], when they built the abbey of Cistercian. It is a half-sweet cheese with a rather strong aroma; the taste shows traces of the malt presence and of the walnut-trees. The forms are washed in the beer even it produced from the monks.
