Shape, size and weight: round, flat cheese 10 - 14 cm in height and 50 - 70 cm in diameter; wheel weighing 20 - 45 kilos.

Fat content: min. 45% fat in dry mater.

Protein content: 30g per 100g.

Energy value: 429 Kcal.

Maturation: at least 18 months.
