Llanboidy
The Traditional Llanboidy Cheeses are made with the unpasteurised milk of Sue Jones' pedigree herd of the rare breed Red Poll Cattle. The unique qualities of this old breed of cows milk combined with the traditional pastures they graze and the waters they drink from the farm's own well are essential ingredients for the production of the natural and wholesome milk that is the key to the cheese that has been called the "Natural Taste of Wales"
