Orla

Orla in manufactured with npasteurised milk and vegetable rennet.

Semi pressed cheese from County Cork, the older it gets the harder it becomes. Matured for six months it is similar to a Spanish Manchego in texture and flavour. On the Manch estate in Co Cork, Iris Diebrok and Oliver Jungwirth farm an organic flock of dairy sheep. Iris uses the milk for her award-winning semi-hard rind-washed cheese. Orla is matured for 2-6 months.
